We are very excited to welcome new families to Stafford High School!

Families who wish to enroll a child in grades 9 - 12, should submit an enrollment packet along with the required documentation. For your convenience, enrollment forms are available below for downloading. If you need further assistance, please contact Stafford High School at (860) 684-4233.

After completing the enrollment form you will have the opportunity to upload supporting documentation for registration and data collection purposes, prior to submittal. Documents are required for your child to start school, please bring a copy to your appointment if you choose not to upload.

  • Complete PowerSchool Online Registration (Follow the link.)

    Registration Documents:

    Long Form Birth Certificate
    Proof of Residency or Residency Affidavit Form

    Data Collection Documents:

    • Transfer of Confidential Student Information (This form is used to transfer your child's educational records from their previous school.)
    • Current Health Assessment AND Proof of Immunizations
    • Parent / Guardian Photo ID
    • Custody Alert with Court Order, if applicable
    • Current Report Card
    • Current School Transcript
    • Disciplinary and Attendance Reports from Previous School
    • Copy of Current IEP or 504 Plan, if applicable
