TEAM Induction and Mentoring Program

TEAM is a two-year induction and professional development program for all new teachers to the profession. Participants set goals aligned to five modules of professional practice that culminate in the synthesis of a guided reflection paper. Meetings are facilitated throughout the school year to support teachers in goal development and paper development.

TEAM Coordinating Committee (TCC)

The TCC provides oversight and direction to the development of the induction program for the district. the TCC ensures program requirements and mentor obligations are fulfilled as per CSDE regulations.
